Just tried to sync. The green light on the on switch is on but nothing happens. I pulled it from the docking station and the green light is still on. Can't turn it on. Tried a simple reset and a hard reset and nothing is happening. Any thoughts out there.

This probably doesn't apply to you, but I recently had a similar situation. In my case it was because the card wasn't seated properly. Once I took it out and reinserted it, everything was back to normal.

tried that as well. thanks for the thought. will continue to knockit around. too bad i can't remove the battery

Pop the SD card in and out. If that doesn't help you may wait it out, about a day, off the charger to see if it dies so you can reset it. Other than that, RMA is all I can think of.

You and I have similar problems. After you tried the other people suggestion and it still didn't work, its time to RMA it. Turn around is about a week depend where you live and customer support are friendly and helpful too..

btw, I'm here stuck somewhere in a desert and doesn't know how to get home w/o my ique.. grrrrrrr :D :p

Well I tried popping the SD card in/out and still no results. Will have to wait it out. Thanks all.
