Could someone help me with the following? I have to build an applet in JAva tht must:
a)be able to read from file stored in the phone memory
b)be able to apply wavelet compression technique to minimize size of data.
C)be able to convert data to XML format. (with SOAP)
d)be able to accept incoming connections and send data through the line.
