I am having problems with my m130 and I was wondering if anyone out there may have had the same problem. When I put my palm on its cradle it does not re-charge(at least the power indicator does not go up). I did several soft resets and a hard reset... Not sure what to do now? Any suggestions?

I have had it for about 6 months. Can't be time for a new battery is it?

Is the charge indicator coming up? By that, I mean does a lightning bolt appear in the battery meter?

If not, then your AC Adapter might have become unplugged, either from the Palm cradle cable, or the wall outlet.

If the AC adaptor is plugged in, then it may have failed.

....Just to clarify, the lightning bolt indicator does come on, the AC adaptor is plugged in. I even tried it with my car plug in adaptor...

Hold it..... I think I may have resolved the issue.... I unplugged the USB cable form my machine and plugged it back in and it seems to have recharged correctly.... Will provide an update at a later time if it corrected the situation or not...

Hey all,

Sorry for the delay, work got in the way of my computer time!!!! Well so far so good... Not sure what prompted this to happen in the first place, but it seems to be all better now. Almost as if the communication port had died. I had tried to re-install the cradle/handheld, but what worked, was unplugging it and replugging it...
