Folks,
Hoping one of you can help me out. I've been a Palm user since 1997 (PalmPilot Personal) and thought I knew everything I needed to know about my PDA. Until now.
I just upgraded my Vx to OS 4.1 and now the darn thing won't stay on when charging in the cradle! Every time, when the Auto-off After time expires, the unit turns itself off.
The "Stay on in Cradle" box under Preferences is checked, and the cradle is charging fine. I've tried soft resetting my unit at least a half dozen times (even with the "UP" button pressed, to bypass the startup files) with no luck.
Any assistance would be appreciated!
