Hi all,
I need help concerning the above subject.
After synchronising my iPAQ 3870 with my notebook, with the status initially stating that "Files" are synchronised; the status for "Files" show "2 unresolved items". Consequently, there was a link to "Resolve items" on ActiveSync, but when I try to resolve the items, a dialogue box would appear, stating that “Synchronization cannot be completed because a file cannot be synchronized with your mobile device. Close all programs on your mobile device and this computer, and synchronize again.” I follow suit, but it still doesn’t work even after restarting of PC and PocketPC.
Would appreciate very much if some kind souls out there can advise me on this...
