I own a Toshiba E310. It is really cool but I have not found it to be much help for my business. It hold all my contacts but my Sprint PCS phone does that already. I was told that there is Computer Diagnostic software that can be used to hook up this handheld to a PC to look for problems via the serial cable. Can anyone tell me where to find this software and if it is any good? I own a computer store and I am into gadgets but I feel I paid quite a bit for a glorified phone list. I know, I know it has word and Excel but I don't really have a use for those yet, also I installed Acrobat Reader to keep my parts list on it but it was not very useful, the list is so big that when I would find a piece of hardware I needed a price on, I would scroll over to the right and lose track of which line it was on. I am eager to use this for other than storing phone #'s and use it in my business and I thing computer diagnostic would be too cool. I know they have car diagnostic software but I am not a car mechanic so that does me no good, someone point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance-Luis
