Is it wise to leave my IPAQ plugged to my charger when im not using it even its fully charged or is it bad for the battery?:confused:

It is perfectly fine to leave it charging, you cannot over charge it and Lithium Ion battery has no memory effect. You are actually better off not running the battery down and keep it charge or keep topping it off, Lithium Ion battery does have limited numbers (however large) of charging cycles.
