Can't hotsync .zip files onto my palm!!

Can someone please help me because i can't figure out why i can't hotsync zip files onto my palm! It says a "uknown error"?

Palms have no idea what a zip file is. The only files the recognize are .prc and .pdb. If you are trying to install a program that came in a zip file, you need to open the zip file on your PC and double click on the .prc file to install it on your Clie.
