NR-7V locks up

My NR-7V locks up, when it auto shuts down after 2 minutes. The green light stays on the power button, but if I press it, the screen don't come back. I have to use a pin to press the resett button to bring it back. Some times a menu comes up on the screen in gray scale, saying Do you want to errase all the programs Yes or No. If I press No, nothing happens, if I press Yes, it'll re-boot and errases all my program. I have to sync it to bring re-install all my setting and programs. It's been happening since I instaled "Kinoma" program and playing some of these Sony movie trailers, I think. Any help, to solve this problem or anyone has the same problem?

I think it's possible that your reset pin or power button are stuck down. I had a similar problem with my IIIc. I doubt it's the power button, but just in case, try moving the reset pin around next time you reset to try geting it "unstuck" if it is stuck. Cheers
