Avantgo alternative & battery question

I just got my TT saturday night 2nov.
Issue #1: Avantgo is not currently "compatible" with Palm OS 5.0 (it still works most of the time but requires multiple resets) Is anyone using a similar web-clipping app/service that is giving them better results (and is free like avantgo)? My chief interest is for weather satelite and radar images from accuweather.com

Issue#2 and 3: Anyone have an estimate on battery life yet?
or
a decent mp3 program? I'm not having much luck finding an mp3 player program.

There is no current MP3 program for the Tungsten............as for the battery I'm getting about ten hours on time.........

The review in PIC reported 3.5 hours of continuous use ("3.5 hours battery life when streaming 12 fps video from an SD card with the display set at 50%"). I sync and charge almost daily, so I have not run my batteries down.

Word is that Palm will release the MP3 player as a free add-on when they receive it from RealNetworks, Inc. I hope that happens really soon.
