Company Firewall and AvantGo

Since I've reset my Zire, I have been unable to connect to AvantGo from work. I can connect from home, but for some reason it doesn't work here anymore. Can someone tell me what information I need in order to connect properly? Some settings I need to change? Host to find? Etc.?
