trouble w/ FileZ

I am having a problem with fileZ when I try to view the contants of my SD card it locks up my palm m125 causing me to have to do a soft reset. very confused 'cuz it will still let me copy files and aps to the card but it freZZeZ when I tfy to use fileZ to look at them. Anybody got an idea?

First, I would disable all hacks and try each one or combinations to see if that might be the case.

That was my first thought, after disabling all of them and deleting the ones I had installed right before I noticed the problem, I still have the same problem.

Any non-Palm stuff on your card? That could confuse it maybe.
I would also try a soft reset and perhaps re-installing Filez.
I never had any trouble with it on my m125.

I have Filez on my card and in RAM too, and both work without problems in my m125.

i am working with filez5.04, I'm not sure what you mean by language

Did you follow up on the recommendation by Strider to remove Filez do a soft reset and reinstall Filez?

just noticed this in my sync log "Install synchronization failed
Restore application database error" not sure if that has anything to do with it or not but I have been getting that message the last few times I synced and I wasnt trying to install anything!:confused:

I Have no explanation. I wonder if the developer of Filez is aware of problems such as your? Time to email them.

It seems that another file manager app is in order. I use bothe McFile and myWorkBench. My favorite is myWorkBench. McFile deals with less information and is therefore a little faster. Both cost money after the demo period.
