Hi,

At my office computer Outlook can't be downloaded onto the PC b/c it is not an authorized software product. So when I download the software, it doesn't download. I can download almost any other program except this...Even the sync program, etc. Are there any other programs that can sync this IPAQ other than Outlook? Thanks

I am not 100% positive if this will help you, but the program Intellisync does support other email programs. I know it will do Lotus Notes for sure.
