jotter coversion for windows

Hello everybody,
I still love my Revo and find it a very practical (non glitzy & distracting) tool...
I frequently use the Jotter --I like the list of notes on one side and the full view on the other...
HOWEVER...
I would love to be able to use a similar application in windows --of course, I can find similar notepads (with the side pane, like InfoMagic) but

*I am looking for one that converts jotter files* --not just to a plain text or rtf or html...but that keeps the jotter like format?
