Email synching w/Enterprise edition for Outlook

I'm trying to get my BB to synch email with Outlook XP WITHOUT synching my personal folders and can't seem to get it right. In addition to forcing me to synch my personal folders (I only want my InBox, sent and delete synch'd), when I MOVE messages in my OutLook InBox to a personal, off line folder and then DELETE the same message from my BB, upon synching the message is DELETED from my personal folder.

How can I stop this from happening? This situation sucks...

This shouldn't be possible. But one suggestion would be to make sure your Personal Folder is not selected to sync within Desktop Manager.

Change your options in message screen.
"delete ON:" can be a few things
