So, I've had to keep using the clear cover on my TT since the case I'm using doesn't prevent the buttons from being pressed (I lost most my power once that way, so now I'm careful to use the cover). This may have been obvious to many of you already, but I discovered that if you slide open the graffiti area *while* the clear cover is on, you have an interesting option. If you write small, you can scrawl some graffiti!

Now if only I could find some way to map the very useful Menu button or the Find button to one of the main application buttions (I never use To Do), that'd be extra worthwhile.... Especially if the Launch 'Em people get 'round to supporting the D-Pad.

This is a copy my earlier post re button mapping:

Tap the "Preferences" icon

Tap the "Personal" box at the top

Tap "Buttons" in the lower box

Tap the down arrows at each icon to see the list of applications you can assiciate with that icon

If you tap the "More" button at the bottom, you can also associate an application or function with a stylus stroke

Tap "Done" when you are finished

Hey, of course I know how to remap buttons! ;) I already remapped my NotePad button to WordSmith. My actual problem is that "Menu" does not appear in the list when I try to remap the To Do button. Do you know if it's called something else? Or perhaps one just cannot map "Menu" (or "Find" either) to a button.

I used to have my ToDo button remapped to "Security". But that option is also not available in 5.0 . Such changes!

My apologies. I did not read your post carefully, as I obviously did not see your reference to "Menu" and "Find" ... I don't know how you would remap for those functions.
