Problems with camera

Has anyone had this problem before? When I open up my Zire 71 to take a picture the viewfinder is just white, I can take the picture and it shows up but I cant see what the picture will look like before I snap it. Then I was playing around, deleting files, to see if it was a software problem or something, but same thing. If I hold the joystick to one side or the other while the camera is open the viewfinder (screen) slowly starts to show what it is seeing, but I don't really want to hold the joystick over for 10-15 seconds while the picture comes into view before I can snap the picture. Anybody?

"I had the same problem after I installed AppLock. Also I use the MegaCom file manager and could not scroll down in this with the "joystick". It would only go down one line at a time. AppLock was just installed on my Zire and not even enabled. After I deleted it and did a soft reset the problem was solved."

Thanks sheldon, read the other posts too, and had the same problem with deleting Applock, it locked me out of everthing!
