Hi,

As a former Psion user there is a functionality that I would like to know if it exists in the iPAQ world.

There it's called copyanywhere. If you copy something on the PC you can past it on the Psion right away and vice versa. It’s part of the software that is used to sync between the Psion and the PC.

Does active sync have this functionality also or do I have to look at another preferably free application?

Yes, Activesync will let you do it. Your pocketpc will show up as a mobile device folder in desktop file explorer and you can copy and move files the same way as any folder on the desktop. There's also an automatically sync options that will update files when you sync.

Answerdude,

Thanks for the answer but not what I mean. My mistake I should have been clearer.

I just moved my passwords from the Psion to the PC. I select the password on the Psion. Ctrl-C and then Ctrl-V on the PC and the password is in Codewallet Pro.

That's the kind of copying I mean.

You can do it in one direction with free 3rd party application.
pocketpaste

Specific application such as CodeWallet(there is Pocketpc version) has it's own way to synchronize it's files to your desktop PC.
