memory stick help

I just got a 64mb memory stick and want to move all my files to it from my 16mb ms. Can anyone give me an idea how to do this? Thanks.

Use the Import program use windows explorer and copy the original files to your PCs hard drive, install the new MS, copy the files to the new MS.
