m100 synchs, but doesn't

One of my users asked me to set up her Palm, that she used at her old job. It's already filled with addresses and 4 years of appointments.
Everything installed fine > synching with Outlook.
The first synch looked completely normal. Read from OL then read from HH.
However, nothing moved either direction.
Is it possible that the Palm is FULL and won't accept anymore? I always assumed the Palm would tell you that you're full, but maybe not???

It is possible to have a "full" palm.
BUT! Since you were setting this up with Outlook for a new relationship, what was there is Outlook that you expected to by transfered to the Palm??
My expectation was that you were expecting the full Palm to simply fill Outlook. (No limit on OutLook)

No, I wanted the Palm and Outlook to SYNCH with each other. She has contacts in both places.
However, I tried setting HANDHELD OVERWRITES Outlook with the Palm contacts, nothing happened. She does NOT want to lose her contacts in the Palm, so she doesn't want me to hard reset it, but I can't get her contacts out of the Palm.
I hit synch, though, and it appears to synch, with no errors.
So very wierd.

Please post the log from the sync. This sounds quite odd.

This sounds like you need to reinstall the Pocket Mirror Software. If you are not using the newest version of Pocket Mirror I would suggest you get it free from chapura.com.
Relaod and make sure of two things:
1) the conduits are showing in the hotsync manager.
2) the HotSYnc ID note is showing in the Pocket Mirror Folder in FOlder View on OUtlook.
