Like an idiot i accidentally hit the delete button on the data icon and deleted the data and the icon
How do i restore?
And since I recently changed PCs I hadnt backed up

I assume you mean that you deleted the file 'Data' in the Documents folder whilst on the System screen.

If this is the case, then its bad news I'm afraid - there is simply no way to recover this file.

I know you don't want to hear it, but regular backups are the best way to avoid this kind of data loss. EPOC does not include a recycle bin (for performance reasons), although there are 3rd party applications you can buy that support this.
