Hi folks, I have an e740. I always carry my PPC in my pocket and something the unit accidentally gets turned on if any of the buttons is pressed. I can disable the recording button, but not the rest, even though i assign "NONE" to all of them. The unit still turns on when i press any of the 4 buttons.

Any advice? Thanks.

I think on newer pda with wm2003 os, you can disable power on when button is pushed. It can be different between different pocketpc, go to Start-Settings-Power, and see if there's option to do so. If not you can try freewares utility Keyguard instead;

Hey Answerdude, thanks! You're awesome. I downloaded Keyguard into my PDA and now all the buttons are disabled. However, i wish i could add Keyguard to the Startup List so i don't have to manually activate it everytime after a soft reset.
