im a new user, and im trying to hotsync, but everytime i try my clie(peg-t615c) says "the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. please check your setup and try again" i tried changing the settings on the hotsync icon, going to several websites, and still no luck. Also, when i click on the device manager my usb controller has a ?, and it says it needs the software. THANKS!! P
