Heyas all!!
i got a problem =(
im "the new guy" as a site tech at work, i have the skills it takes to fix alot of problems with PCs. printers and servers and such... but im not so familiar with the iPAQ that some of the users here have...
so, the first call on my first day was desitned to be a iPAQ problem, can you guys give me some pointers ??
The users got a iPAQ 3850 and whenever he puts it in the cradle to sync with his PC, it connects as "guest" and wont sync...
when deleting the profile on Microsoft Activesync 3.5 he is able to sync but only for 1 time!!! the next time he puts the iPAQ in the cradle, its guest connecting again!!
ive tried reinstalling the activesync program, but that didnt help...
any ideas ?? will the installation of activesync 3.6 help ??
He is on a desktop workstation running windows nt 4.0 sp6.
any and all replyes are welcome =)
Oh.. and hes had this problem for a few weeks, of course he didnt call it in the first day he noticed it, then he might have remembered what else he did to cause the problem, he did mention that it have worked flawlessly for a couple of months... before he did something.... and now it wont work...
