text-to-speech (TTS)

hope this is the question that never asked before as i can't get anything out by searching the forum

is there any free text-to-speech application for pocketpc? as M$'s tts do not support PocketPC

or is there any free dictionary for pocket that have the voice read out?

As far as I know, there is no freeware application in this area. There are a few commercial(not free) voice dictionary and translator, here's an example if you are interested;

thanks pal, it disappointed, bought an X3, thought i can put my bulky Werriam-Webster electronic dic at home,
