everytime I dial a # on my gsm treo 600 the phone signal drops and the conversation breaks up or is cut-off. Is anybody experiencing the same problems or do you have any solutions?

You can contact your carrier, or Palm directly, and they'll send you a new one. No reason to keep it like that!

Also, our experience at my firm (I administer 14 TREOS with a Good server right now) has been that the AT&T version's signal was not only far worse than the Sprint version, but that it was also far worse than other AT&T phones. I hope you aren't on AT&T... Anyways, I'm sure the carrier problem is more of a regional issue.

I think that is the AT&T service. There GSM service is not the greatest. My friend has a Treo 600 with GSM and has nothing but bad service and dropped calls. I have Spring and we both put are phones side by side and went to the same website at the same time and my phone kicked his butt lol..
