Eliminating Dupe address'

Is there a program that will help eliminate the rerighting and dupe entries in my address book, every time I sync it ads dupe address'.

yes, there is a program that fixes that problem. It's called UnDupe. just search for it at www.palmgear.com

UnDupe is a good app. BUT you should not be getting dupes.
Do you sync to OutLook or the Palm Desktop?
If to Outlook do you use PocketMirror?
Let me know and we will clean up your dupes.

I us a Mac OS 9.1, and Microsoft Ofice 2001 with has a full version of Entourage as it's Contact mgr etc program. Outlook Express does not have all the bells and whistle's.
I set my conduits for writing from entourage, and disengage palm options.
I don't have a clue what the mirror is.....
My other option is to delet my address book on the PDA and reload, but I suspect dupes each time I sync. And on last detail my notes from Entourage desktop don't transfer???

Hi Ellen,
I have no personal experience with Entourage. I have worked with a couple folks using it.
The dupes are a problem with Outlook and Pocket Mirror at times. That is why I jumped to that comclusion.
Can I assume that all other aspects of the hotsync go normally and that the dupes are on the Palm and the PC?
Do you have additional data in Entourage that does not sync to the Palm?
Does Entourage have a "tool" or "Option" to remove the dupes?

No tool option I can find
Dupes are on the address file only (PDA side only)
I have dwnld the software recm'd ...will advise
Entourage is a mirror of Outlook as far as I can tell.
