under settings->system - icons still exist

under settings-system icons still exist from removed programs
but when i try to use fexplore there are no icons under the settings folder
where are these icons stored and how can i get rid ofthe ones from the removed programs?

I had a look on mine after your first post but couldn't find where they were.

Have a look in Windows\Start Menu\Settings this has some of them but most aren't there, I've no idea where else they might be saved

Uninstaller utility will probably get rid of it for you, there's no freeware one so i'm not sure you want to spend money for it. If you only need it once perhaps the trial version can fix it.

the uninstaller failed to remove the icons in settings / system
i will try sk later -- thanks for the help

all were removed except pocket informant
the WM remover removed the program but not the setup program
i now have a setup for a program i did not want to buy.
will try and remove the program with total commander and then run sk again.
i would still like to know were the icons for settings -> system are stored.
can't see them with fexplorer or total commander

i located the Pocket Informant files in windows
when i removed them the icon in settings -> system was gone
but i still like the sk program and will spring for the bucks
