task list and calendars

Does anyone know of any programs, freeware or not, that can be used to merge/combine the task list and the calendar? I am a newbie and am converting from a paper daytimer but I cannot find any sofware for Windows CE. I have found lots of PALM based products but I know they won't work.

Any helpwould be so appreciated! :D
