Belkin Keyboard crashes my T3

Hi,

Can anyone help. I just got a Belkin keyboard for my T3 and every time I try to use it it freezes my palm. The software also made my T3 crash when I went to Hotsunc!

Any advice?

This is not the answer you asked for, but look at my message below regarding KeyLink-TapSmart. It does a whole lot more than the folding or portable keyboard. It does require a link to a PC, but that usually is not a problem. I can enter data much faster via the PC keyboard than one of the add-ons, and of course faster and more accurately than Graffiti. Of course, it is $19.95, or a free 7 day trial first It might make your question a moot one.

You might want to disable any other infrared programs before using the keyboard. You can also go to Prefs-->Power and disable the beam receive option prior to activating the keyboard. If your keyboard purchase is still in the return period, you might consider exchanging it for the Palm Wireless Keyboard. I have not had any problems at all with it.
