Jornada 520 Display

My HP Jornada 520 Display started developing and orange colored smudge.
Over the period it has spread out.
There is no external damage to the display.

Has anybody encountered this problem?
WHat is the resolution?
How much would it cost for a repair?
Is there anybody ready to buy my pocket pc?

Call or email HP and see what they say. If it is the display, they are pretty spendy on some units I've heard of, but don't know on the HPs.

Sounds like you need one, but they could tell you for sure.

I did call the tech support.
They would charge $150 to just check the problem out.
Thats how much the PDA is worth!!

I'm encountering the same problem. Anybody know what the cause is? Is it hardware or virus?

Hardware, don't think virus can affect ppc's -- yet :-)
