I have a Casio Cassiopeia EM-500 and A Hewlitt-Packard 8670C desktop computer running on Windows XP Home. Before I upgraded the computer, it was Windows 98, and worked fine with MS ActiveSync 3.1. When I upgraded to XP and AS 3.5, the USB Connection no longer worked, and the Auto-Hardware Loader would pop up, saying "Casio USB Sync 2002," but would never set up the hardware, and ActiveSync would never work. So I bought a Serial Cable, and not even that works. It will set up a Partnership, then never connect again then will Sync up and randomly drop off the connection! Can anybody please tell me what is wrong and why my PPC isnt working and how I could get it to work?? Thanks and have a great day,

Hi,

Do you have USB drivers installed under XP?

I found that you need to install them before using USB connections.

Do you have any other USB device working?

Thanks Serg,
I got angry at the stupid thing and threw it, screen cracked.
I'm going to get a new one so could you tell me how to do it anyway??
(You can just email me at CACsny@aol.com if you want.)
Thanks again!
