Form c, invalid index error

I have been experiencing the following error when I switch memory card while my Tungsten E is on.

form c, Line 2670, invalid index

Can anyone tell me how to keep this from occuring.

The memory cards involved are my "Secure File PDA backup" card and a palm 16 mb expansion card.

It sounds like one of the cards is a normal read/write SD card and the other is a read only MMC expansion card. If this is the case, the error is occuring because the Palm tries to write a file to the MMC card. The fix is to tutn off your Palm before changing cards.
