i've added a couple songs to the memory stick so far just to make sure the realone can read it, and it does =)
but the problem is when i try to view the files in my disk.. i don't see any mp3 files showing?? is this a problem??
and also.. when i hotsync... it takes like 30 mins just to put in one song.... ( 4 mb ) ... is there anyway i can speed up the process?

Hello:
I am not sure if you are using a launcher. These programs are great for managing your other programs and memory - deleting, moving files from ram to card. So no its not a problem if you dont see them. Real one player should, and you can probably see the list there.
On the problem with the amount of time taking to hotsync a song, I only have a three words. card reader/writer. You can move 50 songs in about 4-6 minutes. It's the only way to go.
Hope it was useful.

If you have a PC then you will not need a card reader if all that you are putting on the SD is MP3s. You can use RealPlayer to transfer the files to your Palm and it will do so relatively quickly.
If you are not using RealPlayer then your best best is a card reader, Card Export, or Sync Wizard.

I used it once but I think you should have real one player installed in your pc from the cd that came with the palm. Once you finish downloading you can choose "device" and there you pick your palm. Follow the instructions to download the songs to the palm. its a form of hotsync with your palm
Like I said in my prior post, I did it once but it took too long to download, so I decided to do it with a card reader/writter.
