Outlook Sync Error (I know. NOT ANOTHER!)

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. User is Win and Office XP Pro

Palm Desktop is 4.0 Just updated to 4.1
PocketMirror is 3.1.2

TO QUOTE CHAPURA:
This error can occur when either an Outlook Calendar item or a Handheld datebook item is corrupt.

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
Re-open the HotSync log on your computer. To do this, click on the HotSync Manager icon (red/blue arrow icon on the bottom right corner of your PC screen) and click on "View Log".
Look through the log under the error heading "ERROR: 00001013..." and take note of the appointment it was unable to transfer. Then, go into the handheld Datebook or Outlook Calendar, find the appointment, and delete it.
Synchronize the handheld again.
As an example, to resolve this issue in the sample error above "...While converting the following record to Outlook format: John Smith's Birthday, 3/28/2002, Untimed..." you would go into the handheld Datebook on March 28, 2002 and delete John Smith's Birthday and synchronize.
