i have the Dell GPS Navigation system on my AXIM X30. installed the software and went for a test drive two days ago. it worked amazingly.
well today i try to start the GPS NAV software on the PDA and it won't even open. just lies there like all the air has gone out of it. do i need to reinstall the software? and if i do, won't that erase all of the addressing information i entered the other day?
and i keep reading in other posts that people say they had to do a HARD RESET. doesn't that wipe everything out?? and then you have to reinstall every program, including hand entered data? is this a common solution, and if so, how can i avoid having to do that.
