Just venting -

Received my Axim X30 yesterday. It was missing the power cord leading from the power-brick to the outlet.

Thus far I have been on the phone and attempted to use their rather weak chat function for over an hour and I am no closer to getting my cord - customer care says that I need to contact tech support to get a new cord! Maybe they hope to wear me down waiting on hold or on chat where you have to constantly refresh your page until someone is available, then fill in your service tag, cust # and order # only to then find out no one is available - try again. I hope this is not a sign of things to come.

After a few frustrating attempts to get the cord t custer hrough the "normal" channels, I sent an email expressing my displeasure to Dell's cust. serv. dept.

Not even asking for the part - they got it out to me! Well done by Dell's CS dept - I only wish they handled it better before it got to that point.

As for the X30 - it has been just fine thus far.
