Sorting data

Is it possible to sort data with more than the first letter of an entry? For example, if I have Austral and Andutra as 2 data entries, a 'sort' will place these entries before any beginning with B but will not put Andutra before Austral. Any ideas?

Yes, it is. In the Menus go to:

"Tools > Change labels > Edit > Options"

and set the number of characters to use when sorting entries.
