downloading programs to expansion cards

I recently purchased a Palm m500 and a SanDisk 64mb expansion card. I bought these because I will be attending nursing school soon and there are lots of Palm nursing programs. Yesterday, I bought the Taber's medical dictionary from Palm.com and tried to install it to the expansion card. Unfortunately, every time I try it says that the synchronization download or something like that has failed. I have no problems hotsynching my Palm and never had any problems downloading programs to my Palm IIIxe. I was wondering if any of you could help me out with what is wrong. I have e-mailed both Palm and the company that makes the program and am still waiting for an answer. I am thinking that maybe there is a particular type of reader that I need for use on the expansion card maybe? I tried a couple of readers, but they didn't work. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I just wanted to let you all know that I figured out how to download the dictionary. With the other programs I have bought, I have had to download it first and then enter the registration key. With this one, I was supposed to register it first and then download it. Anyways, it worked and it is a really great medical dictionary.
