I am using Internet Explorer for iPAQ, and just wonder where to find the java policy file? Or is there any Java policy file for iPAQ, if not, where can I set it?

Pocket Internet Explorer does not have java support.
For Java capable browser, try Netfront

While on this topic, I need to access a secure site and am using PocketIE.
I get this error message:

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
<WEBSITE NAME>.PageBase.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in C:\WEBSITE NAME\WEBSITE NAME\Solution\Site\PageBase.aspx.vb:34
System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e) +0
System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) +67
System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +35
System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain() +731

IPAQ 3870, Pocket PC 2002, latest SP.

Is this a Java problem or something else? If anyone can identify what is causing this error message, can you tell me whether Netfront will sort it out? The trial version of netfront does not have the java applictaion.

You can try changing the identity of the browser through registry tweak to access these sites, people reported that it allows access to some bank sites same way as desktop's explorer. Tools are below;

Thanks for reply, AD, but already done, and reg shows Win NT 4 and MSIE 6.0.

Any ideas on Netfront's capabilities?

EDIT If anyone can just identify the source (ie Java/ASP/Javascript/VB etc) of the message I have somewhere to start.

Googling on the error message does not really help!!

It looks like they are error messages from server that's using Microsoft ASP.net or VB.net. So Java is not involved here, i don't think netfront with java will make any different. You can try ThunderHawk browser and see if that helps;
