problem with sync, install program,memory

sync with usb dc for like 1min everytime sent file always stop half way. can i use wifi to receive and sent file, install program say that my memory low when i go alot?

Do you have latest Activesync(3.7.1)?, you can download from MSFT;

What ipaq model go you have?, you have limited amount of ram, if you copy large files such as video to main RAM, you will run out of memory quickly. You'll probably need external storage card. There's a free cleaner program that may help free up some memory;
