hey,
can anyone please explain me the difference between these cards???
i have a 3970 and i want to expand my memory to either 128MB 256MB or 512. which one of these cards should i get?

Well, right now the only thing that is Secure Digital is the memory. I went with the SD memory because it didn't take up a CF slot. I am not sure which one is actually better, but the SD is newer then the other two from what I can tell.

Using an SD card allows you to keep the addditional memory on-line without the use of an expansion card. I use SD as an extension of the O/S memory and storage cards such as the CF or the IBM Microdrive or for backups and files that are not essential to the operation of the iPAQ.
