sharp mobilon hc4600

i have just bought a mobilon hc4600 with camara for xxpounds but no manual or adaptor. It has battery pack put don't know how to charge it i brought a multivolt adaptor and all i get is the amber light but nothing happens when i press on any help on that. All so does anyone know where i can get a manual for it and things for it so any help on how to work the thing would be great even getting it switch on will be great oh and last but not least does the battery carge while it's in the pc or do you have to buy a chager for it hope someone can help me all suggestions will be great.

the amber light indicates an active charge, and will turn green once fully charged. try leaing it plugged in for 4-6 hours and then, turn it on while still plugged in.
