If you have a wireless network, all you have to do is tap on the "iPAQ wireless" and then tap "WLAN." Once it turns green that means wireless capabilities are good to go. Hope this helps.

or if you have a cell that supports bluetooth / depending on your service - you can go dailup. Its not the fastest but its better than nothing. WiFi is the way to go if you can find a hotspot near u.

Beyond that, do you have a wired/wireless network at home?

Since you have a broadband ISP then you have a few choices to make.
1. A less expensive way to access the internet wirelessly is to purchase a wireless card for one of your desktops and setup an ad-hoc connection with the iPAQ. See these two ad-hoc guides for examples on how to set this up...

2. A more expensive way to access the internet wirlessly is to purchase a wireless access point/broadband router combination device. The wireless access point/broadband router combination device connects directly to your broadband modem and you connect your desktops to it using wired ethernet connections. You can read hardware reviews, read How-Tos, etc at...

Personally, I use a Buffalo WBR-G54 4-Port Broadband Router/802.11b/g Wireless Access Point to share my cable ISP with my home desktops and iPAQ 5555.
