Screen freezes on the pop-up menu after hard reset HELP!!

I was doing a hard reset and I re-align the screen and then the pop-up menu comes and my screen freezes and I can't get past it. I have dont a couple of hard resets and still nothing. Please someone help! Thank You in advance

Have you followed the copy and paste tutorial? Try tap and hold on the screen and choose copy on the popup menu then tap and hold again and choose paste.
