sound interrupt on car cradle

while sound is working fine when the unit is on its own, sound interrupts and noise appears when plugged into the car cradle.
when opening the cradle the brown cable came straight off.

Removing the silicon showed only two of the cables soldered slightly

After soldering the wires as it should be the unit works fine for now

Thanks for those good pictures. It would be interesting to know which leads in the UC are available by soldering directly to the spots on the printed circuit board ( if it can be done).
