Is it just me or is it VERY difficult to dock the IPAQ 4155 on the recharger cradle? I thought it was the cradle but the second one I ordered has the same problem.
On my previous Palm T3 PDA it was a piece of cake and I could seat the PDA with one hand. On the IPAQ - it's like wiggle this way/that way and requires two hands to seat.
Any art form to this?

I haven't had any problems docking my 4155. Maybe it has something to do with your pda? Is the bottom of your iPAQ ok?

Looks fine from what I can tell...no bent or broken parts as far as I can tell.
Need to check out the demo version at Circuit City to see how well it docks.
The little black plastic clip that sits right behind the charging/sync receptacle is removable on the cradle itself. Do you have it installed?

Yeah, I have the black clip thing clipped in. I didn't realize you could take it off until I read your post, haha.

I found mine was very tight to start with, but now after a couple of months of use, it goes on fine.
The black clip has always been fitted on mine. I wouldn't take it off either as it does support the iPAQ when in the cradle, with it removed it could place additional strain on the connector and cause problems later on.

I HATE that cradle. There is no clear front-to-back positioning system. After about 6 months, it became too unreliable for me (more often then not it wouldn't connect to the computer, but would charge). I finally stopped using it, and stuck with the basic plug to charge it and the Bluetooth to synch.
