Creating folders and moving programs.

Is there anyway after installing new programs:

a) to create new folders and move the icons into those new folders.

b) move programs from main memory onto the SD card with out have to uninstall and re-install.

a> Yes, if you activesync your ipaq to the desktop, you can do it normal way with desktop file explorer, your ipaq will show up as a folder on My Computer. If you want to do it on the Ipaq, the file explorer has option to create new folder(Edit-New folder), and you can Tap&Hold on the item to get copy or cut option, the browse to destination folder, Tap&Hold Again to get paste option.
b>Some programs will not work properly if you don't reinstall them on the strorage card, but some programs will work fine. And there are a few programs that do not work at all or do not work as well if you are instaliing them on storage card(ie. any programs that run on startup such as Today screen plugin) You can use the same process as above if you choose to do so.
