M130 USB loads and then unloads

Hi,

I have a user who has windows xp pro on a network with a domain and uses an m130. They had a motherboard fail, and when we tried to reinstall the m130, it will load the program and drivers fine the first time, but cannot sync with Outlook even though that choice was selected with installation.

It gets really interesting when we reboot the machine. Hotsync then looses the palm USB connection and we cannot reestablish it.

Any help would be appriciated.

Mine stopped syncing with XP and I ran the install program for the desktop again. It gives you the option of doing a repair to correct any corrupted regestry files, etc. I ran the repair and I can now hotsync just fine. Also check that under setup you have the correct computer and user selected on the network.
