Does anyone know if I can play napster mp3s on a tungsten e?

You can play any MP3 file on your Palm that's properly encoded, which means a bit rate of about 128kbps and a sampling rate of about 41 kHz. You can determine if the MP3 file is in this range by gotin to Properties, Summary, Advanced. Most, but not all, MP3's that will play on your PC will also play on your Palm.

Susa- are you referring to the new version of napster- the paid for one? Because if you are, I'm afraid the files are protected (WMA's, I believe). Currently there would be no way to play them.. Pocket-Tunes supports WMA files, but not protected ones (yet-they do plan to in future).
If you do mean mp3's from a P2P, network, then yes as Jim said most likely it will play on a Palm.
